This policy covers the WP Backup website. Backups created on a WordPress installation remain under its administrator's control; the theme does not transmit them to PLUGINFILES.

Hosting may process IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, and browser data to serve the site and prevent incidents. The support assistant prepares text in browser memory without sending or storing it. Where GDPR applies, processing may rely on a user's request, a legal obligation, an assessed legitimate interest, or consent for optional purposes.

The local summary disappears on reload. Technical logs and support records follow the documented retention periods of their operators. Authorized providers must act within their assigned roles. International transfers require appropriate recipient information and safeguards. The theme does not activate advertising or analytics.
