Downloading GPL code does not create a subscription, remote-storage contract, or affiliate account.
Scope and responsibilities
Check requirements, secure authorization to handle backed-up data, protect storage, and test recovery. The GPL governs the code; commercial services require a separate agreement.
The 100,000-download milestone
Verified delivery records can activate a plans and memberships information section. A direct public download link does not feed that local register by itself. Reaching the milestone does not authorize charges or change existing license rights.

Growing with the community
At 100,000 verified download responses, the site will present plan information. Previously distributed GPL releases keep their license rights.
Before any payment
An offer must identify the provider, total price, taxes, currency, scope, term, renewal, cancellation, and applicable withdrawal rights. Acceptance must be explicit and confirmed. The theme does not process card payments or presume a waiver of statutory rights.
Support, affiliates, and disputes
The official affiliate terms govern that program without locally invented commission rules. Use official support, while retaining mandatory rights and legal complaint channels.
